These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Dana4D ("dana4d", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the dana4d online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at dana4d.lat

By accessing, registering on, or using the dana4d platform in any capacity — including browsing, account creation, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Dana4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the dana4d platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds and credited bonuses, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming event, sports outcome, or casino game via the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash promotional credit awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for account registration and withdrawal processing, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Platform" means the dana4d website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services operated at dana4d.lat.
• "Promotional Terms" means the specific terms and conditions applicable to individual bonus offers, promotions, or loyalty programme rewards as published on the Platform from time to time.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User via verified payment methods, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a User must place before Bonus Funds or-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an active account on the dana4d platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. Dana4d applies the 21+ minimum age requirement in accordance with international best practice for online casino and sports betting platforms. Age will be verified through KYC document submission. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Jurisdiction

You must be accessing and using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful in your country or territory of residence. Dana4d does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the dana4d platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different email addresses, or under another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Ownership

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, share, or assign your account or account credentials to any third party. All bets and transactions must be placed solely by the registered account holder for their personal, non-commercial entertainment.

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

Dana4d reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may include proof of address or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Dana4d accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify dana4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all accounts and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

Deposits

Dana4d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following verified payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. A minimum deposit ofRM50 applies unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name. Dana4d does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from payment methods not registered to the account holder may be refused, and any associated account activity may be reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to applicable KYC verification requirements. Dana4d reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal request. Typical withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes for verified accounts
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank Wire (direct transfer): 15 to 60 minutes

Processing times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required. A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies. Dana4d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Dana4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers subject to specific Promotional Terms published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the applicable Promotional Terms in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any Promotional Terms, the Promotional Terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses are valid for use within the specified expiry window. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• A maximum bet of RM50per spin or wager applies when playing with active bonus funds, unless otherwise stated in the relevant Promotional Terms.
• Slot games typically contribute100% toward wagering requirements. Table games and live dealer games contribute between 10% and 20% unless specified otherwise.
• Dana4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who create multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses will have all accounts suspended and balances forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

Abuse and Exploitation

Dana4d reserves the right to void bets, cancel bonuses, and close accounts where it suspects or identifies patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, coordinated betting among multiple users, low-risk matched betting designed to exploit wagering requirements, or any other conduct that dana4d reasonably considers to constitute exploitation of promotional offers.

All bets placed on the dana4d platform — whether on sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other markets), live casino games, slots, or other gaming products — are subject to the specific game or market rules published on the Platform, as well as these general betting conditions.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

A bet is only accepted and confirmed upon receipt of a system confirmation. Dana4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed after an event has commenced or where odds or game settings were published due to a technical error.

Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game as determined by the applicable governing body or game provider. In the event of any dispute regarding result or settlement, dana4d's records shall constitute the authoritative source of record.

Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game software error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, dana4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of such events.

Suspicious Activity

Dana4d monitors betting patterns for suspicious activity, including match-fixing, use of automated betting software or bots, and arbitrage exploitation. Any account found to be engaged in such activities will be suspended pending investigation, and affected bets may be voided.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dana4d platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to interact with the platform or gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity via the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — including artificially inflating balances or manipulating game outcomes.
• Engaging in coordinated collusion with other players to exploit games or promotions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organisation.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party using the platform as a payment or transfer mechanism.

All content published on the dana4d platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, text, audio, and visual materials — is the intellectual property of dana4d or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, or transmitting any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from dana4d; using the dana4d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner; or scraping data from the Platform for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dana4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any technical failure or interruption of service.

Dana4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and external technical factors may periodically affect platform availability.

In any event, dana4d's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dana4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been accessed or is being operated fraudulently.
• KYC verification documents provided are false, altered, or belong to another individual.
• The account is involved in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback on a deposit without prior contact with dana4d's support team.
• The account holder is a minor or does not meet the 21+ age requirement.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, dana4d reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that account. Where an account is terminated at the User's own request (voluntary closure), any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following satisfactory KYC completion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting dana4d's support team via email. If you are closing your account for responsible gambling reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate support resources can be provided.

Dana4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a7-day review period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during sessions reminding you of elapsed playing time and session balance.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted over a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dana4d is incorporated and licensed to operate.

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through dana4d's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. You agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any dispute.

Dana4d's internal complaints process is the first point of escalation for any dispute. Players are encouraged to contact the support team and allow reasonable period (not less than 7 working days) for the complaint to be investigated and responded to before pursuing any other avenue of redress.
